How does the subscription boxes work?

You'll receive a new box of magic at your doorstep every month with a carefully curated collection of goodies. There will be four specially themed items with occasional extras depending on the month. These four themed items will be (1) EXCLUSIVE jewelry piece (yep, you read that right!! A never before seen jewelry item that won't be sold anywhere else), (1) Spiritual/magic item (i.e. essential oils, palo santo bundles, sage bundles, tarot, dream mists, journals, keychains, etc.), (1) Visual item (i.e. sticker sheets/crafting supplies, stationary, dream journal, etc.), (1) Specially chosen crystal for the month. 

You can sign up on a month to month basis or with our monthly package deals to save more and to never miss a box! After all it'll be a surprise what the items will be every month, but I promise they will feel like a whimsical world of wonder arrived to you. The packages below are what we offer. 

• Month to month: You will be charged on your scheduled billing date every month for the next box. 
• 3 month subscription: You will be charged every 3 months for the next 3 subscription boxes. (You save by doing this!) 
• 6 month subscription: You will be charged every 6 months for the next 6 subscription boxes. ( You also save by doing this!)
• 12 month subscription: You will be charged every 12 months for the next 12 subscription boxes. (Hella savings here...$120 in savings to be exact)

Does the subscription box support a cause? 

Every box ordered every month will plant 1 tree each by the National Forest Foundation. Together we can make the earth a little bit better! 

When will my order ship? 

Subscription boxes for the month are expected to ship on they're announced ship date. We have a closing window for orders of the subscription box every month (in order to receive that month's box....you can still continue to subscribe to following month's after closing dates) to ensure that we place exact quantity orders for the boxes every month. (they're made to order in a way!) 

Can I buy other jewelry at the same time that I buy my subscription box?

Yes, you can! At checkout you can combine the purchase of a subscription box and other goodies from our site! 

What if I don't like an item in my box? Can I return or exchange it?

Nope, I'm sorry! The subscription boxes are final sale and nonrefundable. Not crazy about an item in the box? Gift it to a loved one! Spread the love!! 

Can I buy a box after the order date deadline or after it has been released? 

Not unless there is excess stock! But that's what makes the box so special! The jewelry is being designed exclusively for the subscription boxes along with the special curation of magic! If you sign up for the subscription after the deadline, you will be put on the following month's subscription list. 

Can I use a discount code?

Nope, I'm sorry! Discounts can't be applied to our subscription boxes because they are already offered at a discounted value. 

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

Not feeling this month? You can totally skip the month's box by going to your account page and clicking the 'manage subscriptions' button. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost for all domestic orders for the box are FREE

Do you offer international shipping for boxes? 

At this time we are not able to offer international shipping, but we hope to offer it in the future.

When will I stop getting monthly boxes?

You will continue to get our subscription box until you cancel your subscription.
